Our aim is that Rapid Employment is the best Agency for staff in the area, so that we can attract the best employees and then retain them for our customers.

2008 Customer Service Level: 99.6%

  • Each week, we measure our level of customer service, based on the number of people ordered and the number supplied. 2008 was a record year for us, where we attained a service level of 99.6%.
  • Our business is only as good as the staff that we send out to our customers. Our customers want people who are regular, reliable and work hard. Those are the people Rapid are consistently, day in and day out, week after week, looking to attract to our business.
  • Once we have attracted the best people, we work really hard to keep them with us, so our customers can enjoy the best Agency staff in the Fens.

At busy times of the year, Rapid will employ up to 400 staff, all working for companies in the Fens.
